70- Utopianotebook Belfast 2013 / séquence 1 : inside - day / Emilie's room

Mercredi 15 mai : l'équipe Borders est déjà sur le montage d'une première version de la première partie d'Utopianotebook 2013. Nous vous proposons déjà une première version non étalonnée et non mixée de la séquence 1. A vous de nous dire si la séquence d'entrée est suffisamment captivante, si non, veuillez nous aiguiller. Dans ce sens, une première version du premier épisode de la série 2013 vous sera présentée jeudi 6 juin à 20h; vos avis seront décisifs pour la poursuite du montage ainsi que pour l'écriture de l'épisode 2 à Gdansk et 3 à Miskolc.

Wednesday, May 15: Team Borders is already editing a first version of the first part of Utopianotebook 2013. We already offer a first uncalibrated and unmixed version 1 of the sequence. You tell us if the input sequence is sufficiently compelling, if not, please guide us. In this sense, a first version of the first episode of the 2013 series will be presented on Thursday, June 6 at 20h, your opinion will be decisive for further editing and writing for episode 2 and 3 in Gdansk in Miskolc.

Flash-back, samedi 11 mai à 16h : toutes les interviews viennent d'être terminées et les plans de coupe mis en boite (merci à Eddy, Adam, Marty et Leïla). Le travail de post-production est donc lancé pour vous proposer, je l'espère, un premier montage le jeudi 6 juin 2013. La partie tournage est donc terminé. Environ 2 heures d'images ont été capturées. Ces 2 heures vont devoir être sculptées en un épisode de 15 à 20 minutes de film, mélangeant fiction et documentaire. Un petit jeu pour finir, je vous invite à relever toutes les différences entre le scénario et la concrétisation tournée de la séquence 1, celle d'entrée du film. La contrainte du décor (la chambre n'était pas celle qui était pensée au départ; nous avons du en plus de son ré-agencement et sa personnalisation, jouer sur les mouvements d'appareil et les cadrages; avec une difficulté, le suivi du pointage, la netteté de l'image, les profondeurs de champs variables) a influé complètement sur la mise en scène de la séquence 1 et l'a remodelé, lui conférant un côté plus espiègle.

1.INT/JOUR: CHAMBRE D’ÉMILIE
Pour son anniversaire, Nicolas a offert une robe à Émilie.
Elle l’essaie et parade devant la camera.

ÉMILIE : Alors, qu’est ce que t’en pense?

NICOLAS : C’est moche ! Heureusement, t’es là pour rattraper.

ÉMILIE : Charmant!

NICOLAS : (il s’approche en l’embrassant) alors tu m’as même pas expliqué comment ça s’est passé avec ton père; t’avais l’air sur un petit nuage. Il avait pas oublié ton anniv pour une fois.

EMILIE : Non et regarde (elle se lève et va prendre un objet sur son bureau ou une étagère)
il m’a offert ça, il m’a dit que cela avait appartenu à notre famille depuis très longtemps, il parait que ça date du 15e siècle (elle le sort de la boite et nicolas le prend dans ses mains)

NICOLAS : Bah tu vois tout arrive.

EMILIE : Il était bizarre d’ailleurs, et attend c’est pas tout, il m’offre un voyage.

NICOLAS : La pauvre petite bourgeoise elle a vraiment un méchant papa.

EMILIE : Ouais mais y a un problème, c’est pour la semaine prochaine.
NICOLAS : (Il se lève mécontent, Emilie le rejoint). Oh non merde, t’as dit que tu m’accompagnais en Irlande.
EMILIE : Ouais bah j’ai mieux à faire!
NICOLAS : C’est pas cool, tu sais que c’est important pour nous deux. Je voulais vraiment que tu fasse ce reportage avec moi, en plus j’ai besoin de tes connaissances historiques.
EMILIE (Elle sourit) : Il m’offre un voyage en Irlande! Gros bébé.
NICOLAS : Tu pouvais pas me le dire plus tôt.
EMILIE : J’aime bien quand tu dis que t’as besoin de moi. Il m’a dit d’ailleurs qu’il connaissait du monde et qu’on pouvait être accueilli. Il m’a demandé aussi de
récupéré un manuscrit. Bon j’ai pas tout compris, mais ça a pas l’air compliqué .
NICOLAS : Tais toi, viens. (Il l’emporte jusqu’au lit)

1.INT/JOUR: ROOM ÉMILIE
For his birthday, Nicolas offered a dress Emilie. She tries and parade in front of the camera.
