243- The Results of the matches of European films championship 2nd round - january 2018

Before the launch of the 3rd round, March 23 and 24, I am happy to thank the 8 teams for the quality of their commitment and the creations produced, in particular, the 3 which have not entered in the charts (for my part, I loved your movies) as well as the 432 people who viewed the blog during these 3 days of "cinema competition":
-190 for match 1
-91 for the match 2
-151 for the match 3

In addition, for each match, to temper the votes "for the love of my team and my friends" and have a more objective look at the films, I took into account the votes of film professionals who were not involved in any project. So, for every game, I propose you, a public prize and a critics prize.
Five films are coming to the finals to compete in the first run of a feature film at the Cinémas du Palais during the month of March 2018.

Match 1 :

For now, enjoy this photo of our resident Hungarian shooting the “epic Hollywood action car chase” sequence we somehow fit into 48 hours." Jack from London

20 janvier 2018

The 1st European Films for Solidarity film Un Notre monde - Borders in 2016 opened a door by adapting the form of the "contest" we know for dance and slam in the cinema in the form of "film matches". This imprint to the culture "hip hop" already very present in our commitment to the establishment each year since 2011 of a film school on the street borders could really be implemented during the second edition of the Championship of Europe of solidarity films A Notre monde - Borders in November 2017 and bring out this humanistic spirit where the competition is not driven by the gain but a way for the teams and therefore for the participants to learn the cinema and progress. I am very happy to see that most of the teams have joined a regular championship in 2018 with 2 scheduled matches: Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 January / Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 March. The March meetings are the subject of a team call in all the European cities and in particular the rooms of the Europa Cinemas network.

235 - pour une année 2018 qui luit... for a new year, 2018 and a new scene...

2018 will be a year that shines, who she and him, who you and I, who all at once, to film the world and transform it ... 2018 for a new scene, a new team...

Borders 2018: "My dream movie team"
Living Europe and cinema by filming the world to transform it

Since 2004 and after 30 European production workshops organized in 12 different countries,
where 600 young people were involved (300 from Val de Marne and 300 from Europe)
and having seen an impact some of these meetings in the long term,
some having become regular Borders relays in their country,

the Cinédié association wishes to continue its main commitment:
to support young people, particularly 16-25 year olds,
Europe through cinema, to make it live without complex, in confidence and humanly,
that they can embody it, that they especially have the means to participate in its transformation,
by filming it with its inhabitants.

Thanks to film sets in the public space,
to stage extraordinary encounters throughout Europe, as close to everyday life as possible
that they arouse a strong desire of discovery and exchanges among the Europeans met,
that they tell each other, that their stories, the time of a meeting become a common film.

Meetings are born of films that each express at a given time and place a way: to hope, to share the idea of living well and carry the legacy of his past.

This is the adventure
an extraordinary group,
where social, gender, cultural and generational mix is essential,
of Europeans today,
young people for the most part,
who is learning to live together
to create a cinematographic work
by capturing the idea of the good life of a European country and its inhabitants
in a strong historical and cultural context.

It is above all the commitment of this group to share their discoveries and to transmit what they have learned.

during his adventure by organizing in their community (media library, cinema, schools and colleges ...)
a new, more local trip, a "film-debut" tour
to question audiences about Europe and all the issues that cross it today
and especially to lift all the fears that we have from ignorance of each other
in particular by fighting against xenophobia and all forms of sexism.

The association Cinédié and the collective Borders wish you happy holidays and a beautiful year 2018 ...
