Le projet a permis de rencontrer, d'accrocher et d'accompagner une collectivité urbaine grâce à l'engagement premier d'un collectif de jeunes qui a su se trouver, se contruire, apprendre ensemble, s'autonomiser, s'organiser, prendre des initiatives, s'engager et s'ouvrir sur le monde en suivant l'itinéraire d'une troupe de cinéma, au sein d'un lieu qu'ils ont rendu vivant (un lieu qui n'a pas son pareil : ni MJC, ni salle de cinéma, ni théâtre, ni maison de la jeunesse, ni studio de cinéma, ni médiathèque, un peu tout à la fois et autogéré, un espace ciné-participatif), en organisant des résidences, en concevant et réalisant un projet de création et en lançant une tournée de représentations ciné-participatives. Une belle et vraie histoire à revivre encore. Merci à eux et à leurs parents.

L'aventure s'est mise en oeuvre autour de 3 phases, environ 500 heures d'animation dispensées. Elle a commencé le 1er novembre 2014, s'est concrétisée huit mois plus tard en Bosnie-Herzégovine du 27 juin au 12 juillet, et va se prolonger encore 7 mois par de nombreux ciné-débats, jusqu'au 5 avril 2016,  avec vous, nous l'espérons, et pourquoi pas concevoir ensemble une nouvelle édition "marcher, filmer le monde, le transformer" en Bosnie-Herzégovine ou ailleurs pour juillet 2016.

The project allowed to meet, to hang and support an urban community through the first engagement of a group of young people who knew how to find themselves, build a dynamic group , learn together, empower, organize, take initiatives, engage and open to the world along the path of a "movie company", in a place they have made alive (a place that has no equal: neither Youth house, nor cinema or theater, or film studio or media library, a little while at a time and self-directed, a film participative space) by organizing cinema workshops with european artists, by designing and implementing a project creating and launching a tour cine-participatory performances. A beautiful and true story to relive again. Thanks to them and their parents.

The adventure is implemented around 3 phases, 500 hours taught animation. It began on 1 November 2014, materialized eight months later in Bosnia and Herzegovina from June 27 to July 12, and will further extend seven months by many cine-debates, until April 5, 2016, with you we hope, and why not design a whole new edition "walk, film the world, transforming" in Bosnia and Herzegovina or elsewhere to July 2016.

Phase 1 : Le Borders cinéma studio
A l’Usine Hollander à Choisy-le-Roi, 1er novembre 2014 au 31 mai 2015 sur 67 jours d’activités et 294 heures d’animations.
Formation d’un groupe de 15 jeunes de 15 à 22 ans et mobilisation du tissu associatif local et des parents, autour d'une action portée par les jeunes eux-mêmes : accompagner les stagiaires d’un processus de création cinéma traditionnel, pyramidal et hiérarchique, à un projet cinéma collaboratif où chacun  acquiert la confiance et les compétences nécessaires pour devenir acteur et créateur du projet dans sa globalité : production, réalisation, diffusion et implication de la collectivité dans des échanges ciné-participatifs;
-50 heures, école de cinéma de la rue Borders (formation initiale cinéma dispensée par le groupe Borders 2013);
-160 heures, résidences d’artistes et ateliers de réalisation (6 réalisateurs européens en novembre, une réalisatrice polonaise de films d’animation, en février et avril, un réalisateur suédois en mars, un réalisateur allemand en mai);
-30 heures, université populaire cinéma, ciné-débats avec Ahmed Dramé (scénariste et acteur du film les héritiers), Angelo Cianci (réalisateur du film dernier étage gauche, gauche), Stéphane Cazes (réalisateur du film Ombline), Carol Mann (sociologue et auteure du livre « les femmes sous le siège de Sarajevo ») et parcours culturel avec la Maison des Arts de Créteil (festival Exit) et les Cinémas du Palais (3 soirées cinéma) ;
-36 heures, ateliers de réalisation en direction des jeunes de l’éducation spécialisée (Pluriels 94 et l’Ecole de la deuxième chance);
-16 heures de préparation au projet Bosnie;

Phase 2 : le moment crucial du projet « marcher, filmer le monde, le transformer : Srebrenica, 20 ans après »
Le chantier éducatif cinéma en Bosnie, Sarajevo-Srebrenica, 27 juin au 12 juillet, 180 heures d’animations,
en direction de 10 jeunes Borders (15 à 25 ans), 5 jeunes Emmaüs (15 à 20 ans), accompagnés par 2 intervenants artitiques européens (Suéde, Bosnie) et 4 encadrants français (Emmaüs, 2 de Cinédié, ville de Choisy-le-Roi).
Avec une coopération réussie entre une structure d’éducation spécialisée (Emmaüs-Synergie), une association d’éducation au cinéma (association Cinédié), un collectif de jeunes Val de Marnais (Borders) et une ville (service des relations internationales de la ville de Choisy le Roi).
Chaque jeune a fait au moins 2 films, travaillé au moins 3 jours sur le chemin, marché au moins 2 jours, aidé l’artiste graffeur pour sa fresque et participé à toutes les rencontres :
-1 parcours de rencontres extraordinaires : Général Djivak (le défenseur de Sarajevo), Aïda Begic (réalisatrice), la nouvelle ambassadrice de France à Sarajevo, Emmaüs Bosnie, Solidarité Bosnie, les marcheurs de la paix 2015 et les habitants…
- 1 chantier éducatif : réhabiliter le chemin pour la paix et préparer l’accueil des marcheurs venus du monde entier (ils étaient 10 à 12 000 cette année)
- 1 atelier dessins avec les enfants du village de Potocari;
- 1 atelier graffiti dans le camp d’Emmaüs Bosnie et la réalisation d’une fresque par un artiste Borders sur une des maisons du camp;
- 1 rencontre de football avec les jeunes du village de Potocari;
- 1 performance culinaire avec les gens du village de Potocari;
- 3 ateliers de réalisation auto-gérés (écrire, tourner, monter en 2 jours)
- 2 ateliers de réalisation avec Shari Shahidi, réalisateur suédois (écrire, tourner, monter en 6 jours)
- 1 atelier documentaire pendant la marche pour la paix
- une performance physique : 110 kms de marche en 3 jours
un rendu à la collectivité :
-2 expositions photos sur les rencontres en Bosnie;
-7 films de création (1 film d’animation we think about you, Potocari, au-delà des murs, dialogue avec ceux qui ne sont plus, Mira et Arim, do the flowers still grow in Srebrenica, Volim te);

Phase 3
La tournée locale et européenne « marcher, filmer le monde, le transformer : Srebrenica 2015 », à  partir des fêtes de la ville à Choisy le Roi le 5 septembre et jusqu’au 5 avril 2016, itinérance d’une installation  entre Choisy-le-Roi, Créteil, Sucy en Brie, et votre ville peut-être, autour de 2 expositions photos, 7 films supports,
et un atelier « marcher, filmer le monde, le transformer » qui débouchera sur un nouveau film à écrire et réaliser, en janvier 2015, une nouvelle création en réponse aux Ciné-débats organisés, pour le lancement d’une nouvelle saison de l’école de cinéma de la rue Borders...

Phase 1: The Borders Cinema studio

Training a group of 15 young people from 15-22 years and mobilization of local associations and parents around an action brought by the young people themselves: to support students of a traditional movie creation process and pyramidal hierarchy, a collaborative film project in which everyone gains the confidence and skills to become actor and creator of the project as a whole: production, implementation, dissemination and community involvement in drive-equity exchanges;
-50 Hours, film school street Borders (initial training provided by the cinema Borders Group in 2013);
-160 Hours, residences of artists and directing workshops (6 European directors in November, a Polish director of animated films, in February and April, a Swedish director in March, a German director in May);
-30 Hours, university popular cinema, film discussions with Ahmed Drame (writer and actor of the film Les héritiers), Angelo Cianci (director of the film dernier étage, gauche, gauche), Stéphane Cazes (director of the film Ombline), Carol Mann (sociologist and author of the book "Women under the siege of Sarajevo") and cultural journey with the Maison des Arts in Créteil (Exit festival) and Palace Cinemas (movie nights 3);
-36 Hours, realization of workshops for young people with special education (Pluriels 94 and the School of Second Chance)

Phase 2: the crucial moment of the "walk, film the world transform: Srebrenica, 20 years later"
The cinema project in Bosnia, Sarajevo-Srebrenica, June 27 to July 12, 180 hours of entertainment
with 10 young people from Borders (15-25 years)
with 5 young people from Emmaüs-Synergie (15-20 years)
2 European artists (Sweden, Bosnia)
4 supervisors
With a successful cooperation between the special education structure (Emmaus Synergie), a cinema Education Association (Cinédié Association), a collective of young Val Marnais (Borders) and a city (Choisy le Roi).
Each young person has at least two films, worked for at least three days on the way, the market at least two days, helped the artist for his graffiti mural and attended all the meetings:
-1 Course extraordinary encounters: General Djivak (the defender of Sarajevo), Aida Begic (cinema director), the new ambassador of France in Sarajevo, Bosnia Emmaus Solidarity Bosnia, walkers Peace 2015 and the inhabitants ...
- 1 educational project: rehabilitating the road to peace and prepare for the reception of walkers from around the world (they were 10 to 12 000 this year)
- 1 workshop drawings with the children of the village of Potocari;
- 1 graffiti workshop in Camp Emmaus Bosnia and realization of a fresco by an artist on a Borders camp houses;
- 1 football match with the youth of the village of Potocari;
- 1 cooking performance with the people of the village of Potocari;
- 3 workshops of self-realization managed (write, shoot, edit in 2 days)
- Realization of 2 workshops with Shari Shahidi, Swedish director (write, shoot, edit in 6 days)
- 1 documentary workshop during the peace march
- Physical performance: 110 kms walk in 3 days
