Depuis 2004, 40 ateliers européens de réalisation ont été organisés dans 16 pays différents et 700 jeunes de 15 à 25 ans impliqués (dont 500 jeunes de Val de Marne). Ces rencontres ont eu un impact sur le long terme sur les territoires concernés et permis de créer en partant des salles de cinéma une relation solide et durable avec les collectivités et les personnes touchées. L'association Cinédié a pour objectif principal de faire vivre aux jeunes (15-25 ans), l'Europe grâce au cinéma, qu'ils aient les moyens de participer à sa transformation en la filmant avec ses habitants.

Since 2004, 40 European production workshops have been organized in 16 different countries and 700 young people aged 15 to 25 involved (including 500 young people from Val de Marne). These meetings had a long-term impact on the territories concerned and made it possible, starting from the cinemas, to create a solid and lasting relationship with the communities and people affected. The main objective of the Cinédié association is to give young people (15-25 years), Europe a living through cinema, so that they have the means to participate in its transformation by filming it with its inhabitants.

Grâce à des plateaux de tournage de cinéma dans l'espace public, mettre en scène des rencontres extraordinaires partout en Europe, qu'elles suscitent un fort désir de découverte et d'échanges chez les jeunes européens rencontrés, qu'ils se racontent, que leurs histoires, le temps d'une rencontre deviennent un film commun. Des Rencontres naissent donc des films qui chacun exprime à un temps et à un lieu donnés une façon d'espérer et de créer de nouvelles images. C'est donc l'aventure d'un groupe hors norme où la mixité sociale, des genres, culturelle et générationnalle, d'européens d'aujourd'hui qui apprend à vivre ensemble pour créer une oeuvre cinéma en captant l'idée du bien vivre d'un pays européen et de ses habitants dans un contexte historique et culturel fort.

Thanks to film sets in public space, to stage extraordinary meetings all over Europe, that they arouse a strong desire for discovery and exchanges among the young Europeans met, that they tell each other, that their stories, the time of a meeting become a common film. Meetings are therefore born from films which each express at a given time and place a way of hoping and creating new images. It is therefore the adventure of an extraordinary group where the social, gender, cultural and generational mix of Europeans today learns to live together to create a film work by capturing the idea of good live from a European country and its inhabitants in a strong historical and cultural context.

Cette action s'appuie sur un collectif de jeunes européens engagés (le collectif Borders) et sur 3 concepts d'animation et d'un festival européen de films solidaires Un Notre monde - Borders :

-le championnat d'Europe de films pour faire du cinéma au quotidien en constituant une équipe de film;

-le trainmovie Borders pour vivre le cinéma et l'Europe en reliant 2 à 3 villes européennes et en organisant dans chacune des villes des championnats de films, 48h chrono, pour écrire, tourner, monter et diffuser les films dans une salle de cinéma ou en plein air;

-le chantier éducatif et solidaire cinéma avec la production de la série "3000 kms et des poussières" qui lutte pour l'hospitalité et contre la xénophobie;

This action is based on a collective of committed young Europeans (the Borders collective) and on 3 concepts of animation and a European festival of solidarity films A Our world - Borders:

-the European film championship to make cinema on a daily basis by constituting a film team;
-the Borders trainmovie to experience cinema and Europe by connecting 2 to 3 European cities and by organizing film championships in each of the cities, 48 hours flat, to write, shoot, edit and distribute the films in a cinema or outside;
-the educational and solidarity cinema project with the production of the series "3000 kms and dust" which fights for hospitality and against xenophobia;
